01Who we are

02Not medical advice

Kinerya is a training, nutrition and coaching tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.

03AI output may be wrong

AI Coach explanations and suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. They are based only on the data you provided. Programme changes are proposals that you review and accept yourself. Use your own judgement and, where appropriate, your coach’s or doctor’s advice.

04Your responsibilities

• Train within your limits and use equipment safely.
• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
• Use the app lawfully and do not misuse, overload or attempt to access other people’s data.
• If you are a coach, obtain your clients’ agreement, respect their privacy and remain responsible for your own professional advice.

05Price and AI credits

Kinerya is currently free to use. New accounts receive a limited number of AI credits for optional AI features, and daily limits apply. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your agreement.

06Beta service, provided “as is”

Kinerya is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups using the export feature, especially if you use the app without an account.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages resulting from your training, nutrition choices or reliance on app or AI content, or for loss of data stored only on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules and courts of your country of residence in the EU.

09Your content and data

Your training, nutrition and notes remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, sync and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Ending your use and account deletion

You can stop using Kinerya at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all cloud data from the app’s data settings; this cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will publish the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
